?:abstract
  • The principles of Decent work presently inspire the struggle against poverty, and the promotion of an equitable, inclusive and sustainable development (UN-SDGs, 2015). They lie on three main levels: universal rights, job quality, and subjective well-being in relation to work. Macro and micro social conditions influence the relationships between work and subjective well-being. This paper focuses on the relationships between labour status and subjective well-being, analysing data from the European Union Statistics on Income and Living Conditions 2013 with respect to the Italian dataset. It assumes the multidimensionality of well-being as a premise, and explores the distribution of cases according to three main dimensions of subjective well-being. (xsd:string)
