  • Beamte des hoeheren und des gehobenen Dienstes die in ihren jeweiligen Positionen am ehesten das relevante Wissen ueber NPMTyp Reformen und Entwicklungen im oeffentlichen Sektor haben Die Stichprobe umfasst alle Fuehrungskraefte des hoeheren und gehobenen Dienstes wie folgt In zentralen Ministerien der Regierung und nachgeordneten Behoerden wurden die beiden ersten Verwaltungsebenen abgedeckt wenn es aufgrund politischer Relevanz notwendig erschien wurden auch dritte Ebenen angesprochen Gemeindeverwaltungen und Dienstleistungsebenen wurden ausgeschlossen Insbesondere in den Politikfeldern Beschaeftigung und Gesundheit wurden da Schwerpunktbereiche des Projekts regionale und staatliche Ministerien und Behoerden einbezogen jedoch ohne direkte Dienstleistungsebenen anzusprechen (de)
