One of the local utility companies shared the photo below of an incident that was discovered by Walking the Safety Circle . Had this not been discovered before the driver drove away it would have been catastrophic.Just a quick reminder to check the blind spots of your vehicle before you drive away; especially if there are children in the neighborhood.
