In a speech unveiling her health care plan, Sen. Hillary Clinton said health insurance premiums have almost doubled — up 80, no, 98 percent since 2000.That's much higher than the rate of inflation. Is it true?The number comes from two reports from the Kaiser Family Foundation and Health Research and Educational Trust, two groups that conduct an annual survey on employer health benefits.
