Ted Cruz EXPLODES on Biden’s Attorney General. The caption is inaccurate. There are no credible news reports that suggest this exchange occurred. The exchange has not appeared on Cruz’s verified social media accounts or press releases . The 18 minute clip is from an Oct. 2021 Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, in which Cruz questioned Garland on his approach to parent’s abjection to curriculum in schools. Among other issues, Cruz questions the Department of Justice’s decision to take action against parents who speak out against Critical Race Theory and certain literature in the curriculum. Cruz has strongly criticized Fauci in the past saying on Fox News that Dr. Fauci, I think, is the most dangerous bureaucrat in the history of the country.
