The chant originated at a 2021 NASCAR race when an NBC reporter mistook an explicit chant against the president as praise for driver, Brandon Brown, according to the outlet. The Facebook video claims Biden was purportedly heckled with Let’s Go Brandon chants while traveling in London to attend the Queen’s funeral. Biden can be seen riding inside the presidential limousine as a crowd gathers nearby amid the chant. Classic, the post’s caption reads in part. In the original video posted to YouTube by British-based tabloid The Daily Mail, onlookers can be heard saying Biden and cheering when they see the presidential limousine. At no point in the video does anyone in the crowd use the chant. Biden and his wife, First Lady Jill Biden, arrived in London Sept. 18 in preparation for Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral the next day, according to The Sun . Although the U.K. government arranged for shuttle buses to transport world leaders to the funeral, Biden was granted a special exemption to use his presidential limousine The Beast, the outlet reported. Biden and the First Lady traveled to Westminster Hall Sunday evening to pay tribute to the Queen, before attending the Queen’s state funeral at Westminster Abbey the next day, according to The AP .
