  • A photo album purporting to show Philippine youth leaders wearing communist badges on their clothes has been shared hundreds of times in multiple Facebook posts. But the claim is false: the photos have been doctored to add the hammer-and-sickle symbol. The photo album has been shared 600 times since it was posted here on Facebook on October 9, 2020. The group photo is overlaid with text that states in part: RED ALERT! COMMUNIST TERRORIST. Identical photos had also been shared alongside a similar claim here , here and here on Facebook.
