The video was originally posted to YouTube on Sep. 13, 2022, predating the midterm elections. Man Makes a Huge Paper Mess on Escalator, the proper title reads. The staff member decided to take 2 bins full of paper up an escalator instead of the lift which was only 100 metres away, the description reads. He lost control of the bins going up the escalator and made a big mess. There is no indication that the video is related to the 2022 midterms. There are no credible news reports confirming that there was an incident involving ballots in Arizona falling down an escalator.
