  • Example: [Collected via e-mail, June 2010] Missing Teen: Kelsey RayI would greatly appreciate any help I can get, we have very few leads other than that they are in the Seattle area. Her name is Kelsey Nicole Ray and she is 16, in the police system as a runaway. His name is Kegan James Salter, he is 18 and there is a felony warrant for him for fraud & other charges already. Here is the link to a Missing Flyer that I would love if you could help distribute in the Seattle Metro area in any way possible.https://www.slideshare.net/jammediagroup/missing-in-seattle-redmondI am told that the longer she is gone, our chances of getting her back greatly decrease so I'm wanting to do as much as possible as quickly as possible.Thank you so much for everything,Monica RayAnybody with information should call the Mineral County Sheriff at (406) 822-3555. Origins: Sixteen-year-old Kelsey Nicole Ray went missing from her Superior, Montana, home on 30 May 2010. She was believed to be traveling in the company of an eighteen-year-old fugitive named Kegan James Salter (who had outstanding felony warrants issued by the state of Montana), having reportedly been seen leaving the Salters' home in Sedro-Woolley, Washington (about 65 miles north of Seattle), where Kegan Salter's stepmother gave him money to return to Montana to deal with his legal issues. According to the Clark Fork Chronicle: Salter and Kelsey were said to be traveling in a red two door vehicle with Montana plates, Lt. William Lin Tucker said. There are a lot of Salter family members in and around Sedro-Woolley, he added, noting that police officers initially made contact with Salter's uncle before locating his father.Wanted posters created by Kelsey's parents, Kevin and Monica, and distributed using Facebook and other social media, were being placed in Sedro-Woolley patrol cars and posted in city hall, Lt. Tucker said. Our focus right now is getting the girl back, he said. He has outstanding warrants and is wanted, but that's secondary. We just want to get the girl back, he said.Kelsey is 5'6, 115 pounds, with strawberry-blonde hair and green eyes. The Facebook group Find Kelsey Ray contains posters with photographs of Kelsey available for download; a poster is also available from https://www.clarkforkchronicle.com/downloads/kelsey-missing.pdf. The posters note that anyone enabling a minor child to stay in a home without parental or guardian permission is committing a crime and can be charged with custodial interference, or more.Kegan Salter is 5'5, and his picture appears in a Wanted poster at https://www.slideshare.net/jammediagroup/wanted-ke, on his MySpace page at https://www.myspace.com/523968923, and for download at https://www.clarkforkchronicle.com/downloads/wanted.pdf.Any and all tips relating to Kelsey Ray may be relayed to the Mineral County Sheriff Department at (406) 822-3555, (406) 544-3098, or your local law enforcement. Additional information about Kelsey Ray's case can be found on the LostNMissing web site as well as theFind Kelsey Ray Facebook page.
