During the vegetation season (May-November hereafter called summer) and in the summer months of July-August in particular, a mixed pattern consisting of slow spreading fires of both natural (lightning-induced) and anthropogenic origin (hereafter called summer natural and summer anthropogenic respectively) dominates.
